Region 10 Settles with City of Council (Council, ID) for CWA Violations
On September 27, 2018, Region 10 filed an administrative order on consent resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by City of Council, Council, Idaho. Respondent, which operates a wastewater treatment facility, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. exceeding its NPDES permit limits for BOD and TSS.
