Region 10 Settles with Jug Mountain Ranch, LLC (McCall, ID) for CWA Violations
On June 13, 2018, Region 10 filed an administrative consent order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Jug Mountain Ranch, LLC, McCall, Idaho. Respondent, which operates a wastewater treatment facility, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. exceeding its NPDES permit limits for BOD, Phosphorus and TSS.
