Region 10 Settles with Jug Mountain Ranch, LLC (McCall, ID) for CWA Violations
On July 11, 2018, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Jug Mountain Ranch, LLC, McCall, Idaho. Respondent, which operates a wastewater treatment facility, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. exceeding its NPDES permit limits for BOD, Phosphorus and TSS. The facility is now on a track towards full compliance and doing so will improve the water quality of the receiving waters. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $16,200.
