Region 10 Settles with Coleman Homes (Meridian, ID) for CWA Violations
On August 15, 2018, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Coleman Homes, located in Meridian, Idaho. Respondent, is an operator performing construction activities at The Oaks Subdivision located in Meridian, Idaho. Respondent failed to implement and maintain best management practices to address concrete washout and also failed to make necessary updates to its Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan as required by their construction stormwater general permit.
