On August 22, 2018 EPA entered into an expedited settlement agreement with McClarin Plastics d/b/a Amtech, LLC in Wapato, Washington for violations of RCRA requirements for management of containers of hazardous waste and universal waste lamps. McClarin Plastics has taken steps to return to compliance, and paid a penalty of $7,000.00.
