Violations were identified during a October 16, 2017, inspection of the Wastewater Treatment Plant laboratory located at Mile Marker 2 on NMSR 197, Cuba, Sandoval County, New Mexico. The inspection was conducted by Environmental Protection Agency, Region 6 inspectors. The violations are is for utilizing instrumentation and standard operating procedures that do not satisfy the requirements under 40 CFR 136.
