On April 24-25, 2018, EPA conducted a MS4 Audit of the Town MS4 and identified noncompliance with the Town's NYSDEC SPDES MS4 General Permit. Violations include failure to have an adequate SWMP Plan, failure to conduct outfall and municipal operation inspections and failure to ensure long term operation and maintenance of post-construction practices.
