Administrative Order (Order) issued to the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources regarding the Fort Fetterman State Historic Site Public Water System
(System) located in Converse County, Wyoming. Alleged violations are for failure to monitor total coliform bacteria in August and September 2017 and failure to complete
corrective actions of sanitary defects by October 13, 2017, and/or failure to notify the EPA of the corrections (submit a revised total coliform sampling plan to the EPA,
provide documentation to the EPA that the storage tank has been cleaned, a new storage tank hatch seal has been installed, pellet drop chlorinator repaired, and the results
of the chlorine injection investigation). The Order requires the System to monitor and timely complete corrective actions as required by the regulations. The System serves
approximately 52 people daily during the June through September season.
