This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Hisun Motors Corporation USA of McKinney, Texas (Respondent), for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements for imported motor engines. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $22,000 and documented to EPA that the 738 subject off-road motorcycles have been exported to a country or countries other than Canada or Mexico to settle the matter.
