This is an Administrative Order on Consent issued by US EPA to and with the consent of Cabras Marine Corporation located in Piti, Guam (Respondent) for Respondent's violations of the Clean Water Act regulations governing the discharge of pollutants from industrial activities as point sources into waters of the United States. The Order requires Respondent to install and implement measures to prevent pollution from activities at the facility from exposure to stormwater, including implementing Best Management Practices and updating the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
