On July 23, 2018, EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to All Seasons Horticultural Products, Inc. (Granada Hills, CA) to stop the distribution and sale of the product SM-90. This product is an unregistered pesticide on the basis of its composition, presticidal claims made on the product label, and widespread knowledge regarding the products pesticidal effect. SM-90 is currently being sold in the U.S. through third-party distributors. The SSURO is the result of collaboration with Oregon Department of Agriculture and Washington State Department of Agriculture.
