Colorado Interstate Gas Company, LLC (CIG), a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan, has agreed to an administrative settlement to resolve alleged violations of leak detection and repair (LDAR) requirements at the Rawlins NGL Plant and Compressor Station located near Sinclair, Wyoming.
