On August 16, 2018, Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to Reve Exteriors, LLC located in Vancouver, Washington, for violations of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. Region 10 found that Reve Exteriors, LLC failed to comply with the recordkeeping and reporting provisions as required by the RRP rule when performing renovation work in Washington State. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $16,334.
