This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and the American Samoa Dept. of Public Works (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act's Oil Pollution Act at its Motor Pool facility in Tafuna, American Samoa. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $1,500 to settle the matter.
