This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Amerigas Propane Ltd. (Respondent) for its alleged violation of Clean Air Act 112(r) Risk Management Plan (RMP) requirements at its Barstow, California facility. Respondent failed to review and update its RMP and submit it to EPA on or before September 20, 2017. Respondent paid a civil penalty of $1,600 to settle the matter.
