US EPA and Ultimate Tool Solutions, Inc. d/b/a International Merchandising Service, Inc. (Respondent) enter into this Clean Air Act Mobile Source Expedited Settlement Agreement (Agreement) for Respondent's alleged violations of regulations covering non-road engines imported into the U.S. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $10,200 and has certified to EPA that the 1,653 subject engines (gasoline generators) have been destroyed or exported to countries other than Canada or Mexico.
