This AOC requires Texas Westmoreland to cease any unpermitted discharges in mining area 32G RCT and continue reclamation and mitigation activities in that area pursuant to state requirements and consistent with other CWA 404 permitted activities. Subsequent AOC will equate to conditions of CWA404 permit. A penalty has also been issued.
