EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to Warren American Oil Company, LLC (Respondent), located in Pawhuska, Osage County, Oklahoma. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of Section 301 of the CWA for produced water and brine discharges to a waters of the U.S. The CAFO requires Warren American Oil Company, LLC to pay a penalty of $6,500.
