This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Boom International Holdings USA, Inc. (Respondent) of Riverside, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act requirements for imported
vehicle engines. To settle the matter, Boom International paid a civil administrative penalty of $22,000 and documented to EPA that the 299 subject motorcycles with uncertified engines have been exported to a country or countries other than Canada or Mexico.
