This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Engineered Coatings, Inc. (Respondent), of Compton, California, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Water Act regulations for industrial point-sources of pollution that discharge into U.S. waters. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $500, remove plastic materials contained onsite, evaluate and monitor water samples, and develop a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to settle the matter.
