This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Control Solutions, Inc (Respondent), of Pasadena, Texas for Respondent's alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act by distribution/sale of pesticides that violated EPA labelling requirements. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $10,269 to settle the matter.
