This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Cougar Cycle, Inc. (Respondent), of Indianapolis, Indiana, for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements for mobile sources of pollution by the import of 402 motorcycles with engines that did not meet EPA regulations. Respondent agreed to and paid a civil administrative penalty of $21,260 and documented to EPA that the subject vehicles have been exported to a country or countries other than Canada or Mexico to settle the matter.
