On April 5, 2018, EPA inspected the Blue Respondent's horse farm located in Wallkill, NY. At the time of the inspection, EPA identified that the horse farm is operating as a Medium CAFO with over 150 horses confined for more than 45 days in unvegetated areas with discharges from the manure storage pile and horse washwater to the Dwaar Kill creek.
