On September 12, 2018, EPA Region 10 settled with Wilbur-Ellis Company LLC, Hood River, Oregon, for repackaging large volumes of 440 Superior Spray Oil on an inadequate containment pad. The containment pad for repackaging registered pesticides was in violation of Section 12(a)(2)(S) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(2)(S). The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $4,500.
