This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Montgomery Sansome, LP, (Respondent), of Oakland, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirements for renovators performing work on a residential property that may contain lead-based paint. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $500 to settle the matter.
