Complainant alleged Respondent performed renovation activities in target housing without certification from EPA in violation of 40 C.F.R. Section 745.89 of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. Complainant considered the extent and gravity of the violation along with Respondent's ability to pay before agreeing to accept a final penalty in the amount of $593.55. Respondent certifies that it is complying with all requirements of the RRP Rule.
