- KINLOCH NELSON YELLOLL, III (complaint)
## Summary

On July 5, 2019, DOJ filed an action under CERCLA Section 104(e)(5)(B) against Mr. Kinloch Yellott, III for court-ordered access to his property located at 6624-6630 Quad Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland to permit EPA to complete a limited removal response action selected by EPA on June 21, 2018. On August 2, 2018 a United States Magistrate Judge executed an administrative warrant authorizing EPA's entry to the Site to perform a limited response action to stabilize and mitigate the threat posed by the Site except for final off-site disposal of hazardous substances, pollutants or contaminants. While the limited response action has temporarily stabilized the hazardous substances, pollutants and contaminants at the Site, those materials remain on-site and continue to pose a threat to public health, welfare and the environment. The remaining cleanup involves preparation of containers and materials for off-site disposal and to arrange for the transportation of such containers and materials for off-site disposal.
