On August 2, 2017, the EPA conducted an industrial stormwater, and as a result of the Inspection, EPA determined the Respondent was not in compliance with the NYSDEC MSGP general permit. Potential violations identified included: Failure to eliminate all non-stormwater discharges; Failure to properly develop elements of their SWPPP including the development of good housekeeping practices; and failure to conduct and record required monitoring including quarterly visual monitoring, annual dry weather flow monitoring, and benchmark monitoring. An Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order is being issued to the Respondent.
