Sun Homes gained coverage under the NYSDEC Permit for Stormwater Discharges From Construction Activities, disturbing approximately 26 acres of land at the Kingfield construction site located at and around 100 International Drive, Rye Brook, New York, 10573. Sun RB Development Company LLC failed to implement and maintain stormwater BMPs including failure to properly stabilize the Site, and failure to maintain construction site entrance, as well as failure update the SWPPP, as required by the Permit. Furthermore, a turbid discharge was observed, as well as off side sedimentation from a recent storm event.
