On January 12, 2017, EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection and as a result of the inspection, an Administrative Order was issued to the Respondent for failure to comply with requirements of their SPDES Permit, failure to implement and maintain BMPs, and failure to conduct required inspections.
