On April 30, 2018, EPA conducted an unannounced inspection at the Respondent's facility. During the inspection and review of records during and after the inspection, EPA identified the Respondent was not in compliance with numerous terms and conditions of the NYSDEC SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGP), The Order requires the Respondent to comply with the terms and conditions of the MSGP.
