The public water system has failed to comply with filtration and disinfection requirements by February 1, 2018; failed to monitor for total coliform bacteria during February
and March 2018, residual disinfectant on January 18, 2018, April 23, 2018, May 9, 2017, March 3, 2017, and December 14, 2016, TTHM and HAA5 during 2015-2017, and
inorganic, volatile and synthetic organic contaminants during 2014-2016. The system also failed to report these violations to the EPA and failed to provide public notice.
