EPA alleged that on September 22, 2017, the principal training instructor failed to ensure that the course taught the work practice standards contained in 40 C.F.R. Section 745.89 in such a manner that trainees were provided with the knowledge needed to perform renovations in target housing. Respondent and EPA agreed to settle this matter for a civil penalty of $1,000.
