Failure to monitor nitrate during 2017, lead and copper during 2014 and total coliform bacteria in November and December 2017 and January and April 2018. Other violations included failure to include the 2014 failure to monitor lead and copper violation in that year?s Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). Additional violations included lack to report the violations described above to the EPA.
