This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between US EPA and Royal Wine Corporation d/b/a Royal Kedem (Respondent), of Oxnard, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act NPDES Pretreatment requirements. Respondent paid a civil penalty of $70,000 to settle the matter.
