This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAIFO) between US EPA and NORCAL ROCK (Respondent), of Oakland, Calif., for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements for stormwater discharges. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $15,000 to settle the matter.
