This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order for Penalty between US EPA and Inventure Foods (Respondent), of Goodyear, Arizona, for Respondent's alleged violations under the Clean Water Act Pretreatment requirements. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $79,957 to settle the matter.
