This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) concerning alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) by Colusa County Farm Supply. Respondent consented to the assessment of civil administrative penalty in the amount $13,795 to settle the matter.
