Facility is a drinking water treatment plant that is covered by the General Permit for filter backwash. Facillity has been in SNC for several quarters for TSS violations. Region proposes issuing unilateral AO requiring plant to submit plan to resolve TSS violations by a specified time. EPA conducted an inspection of the facility on July 20, 2018 and told the facility an AO would be issued by EPA.
