On September 12, 2018, Region 10 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to Nu Vu Glass, Inc. located in Twin Falls, Idaho, for violations of the RRP Rule. The EPA alleged that Nu Vu Glass, Inc. failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
