This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. f/d/b/a Crop Production Services Inc. (Respondent). Respondent is alleged to have violated the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) at several of their California facilities. The terms of the CA/FO require the Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $331,353 and certify that all violations alleged in this CA/FO have been corrected.
