This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Phoenix V LLC d/b/a BEI Hawaii (Respondent) that resolves Respondent's alleged violations of Clean Air Act (CAA) Section 112(r)(7) requirements at it's Wailuku, Hawaii facility. Respondent paid a civil penalty of $3,900 to settle the matter.
