This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Triple J Imports, Inc.. (Respondent), of Norcross, Georgia, for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements for mobile sources of pollution by the import of 84 scooters with engines that did not meet EPA regulations. Respondent agreed to and paid a civil administrative penalty of $3,869 and documented to EPA that the scooters have been exported to a country or countries other than Canada or Mexico to settle the matter.
