A Notice of Warning will be issued to Bonide Products, Inc. for violations ofFIFRA concerning a non-compliant pesticide product. The pesticide is considered to be misbranded, because the label does not clearly identify the establishment, at which final production took place. This is a violation according to FIFRA Sections 12(a)(l)(E) and 2(q)(l)(E).
