A Notice of Warning will be issued to Chrisman Mill Farms, LLC for violations of FIFRA concerning a non-compliant pesticide device product. The device appears to be produced in an establishment that is not registered with EPA. The production of a pesticide or active ingredient in an unregistered establishment is a violation according to FIFRA Section 7 and 12(a)(2)(L).
