Facility has been in SNC for several quarters for Copper and Phosphorus. Facility has hired consultant to come up with plan for addressing violations, consisting of two Phases. EPA proposes to issue AO requiring facility to implement Phase 1 and further develop and implement Phase 2 by certain date to fully meet compliance limits.
