A Notice of Warning will be issued to The Tanglefoot Company for violations ofFIFRA concerning a non-compliant pesticide device product. The pesticide is considered to be misbranded, because the label does not clearly identify the establishment, at which final production took place. This is violation according to FIFRA Sections 12(a)(l)(E) and 2( q)(l )(E).
