This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) issued by U.S. EPA to Vital Energy, Inc. (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act and, as amended by the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 at the Guam Power Authority facility in Piti, Guam. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $86,875 to settle the matter.
