This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and Hawaii Country Club, LLC (Respondent) for its violation of Section 1423(c) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and the Underground Injection Control requirements at its facility in Wahiawa, Honolulu County, Hawaii. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $40,000 and to close the Large Capacity Cesspool and install a waste collection system that complies with EPA and Hawaii Department of Health regulations.
