] On September 19, 2018, the Regional Judicial Officer entered a Final Order ratifying a Consent Agreement between EPA and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (the Respondent ), in connection with his underground storage tanks at Respondent's facilities located at 20633-35 Boland Farm Road, Germantown, Maryland and 14401 Connecticut Avenue, Silver Springs, Maryland (the Facilities ). The CAFO resolves violations of RCRA Subtitle I, and the State of Maryland's federally authorized underground storage tank program by Respondent. Under the terms of the settlement, Respondent will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $13,221.00.
